How do I redeem my points?

Log in to your account on MyReaderRewardsClub.com to see how many points you’ve collected.

Next, browse products available for redemption.

Find a product you like with a qualifying number of points and click the “Redeem” button.

What if I lose or forget my password?

If I lose my “invite friends” code, may I get a new one?

It’s easy to find your original!

Sign in to your account and click on the “Earn Points” tab in the upper right-hand corner.

Scroll down to the “Invite a Friend to Join My Reader Rewards Club” section.

Click the “Get Your Code” button, and you will see your code.

You may also click HERE to get your "invite friends" code.

Why haven’t I received the product(s) I redeemed?

Orders are entered into our system as they are received. You should receive your order within two to four weeks of your submission date. However, unforeseen circumstances may cause the shipping process to take up to four to six weeks. If you don’t receive your product within six weeks, please contact us and we’ll attempt to track down your prize.

What if I no longer wish to participate in My Reader Rewards Club?

Please send us a request to be removed from the program HERE.

If I opt out of My Reader Rewards Club, will I still receive the newsletters and devotionals I’ve signed up for?

Yes, you will still receive the newsletters and/or devotionals you’ve signed up for through My Reader Rewards Club. If you no longer wish to receive them, please click the Unsubscribe link in the footer of the email.

I’m not getting any emails from My Reader Rewards Club. What should I do?

Emails from Reader Rewards are a great way to stay informed about new ways to earn points and to learn about new products. Please make sure to add @myreaderrewardsclub.com to your “safe sender” or “white list” to ensure proper delivery. If you still do not receive our emails, please go HERE to submit an issue.

What does Tyndale and NavPress do with the information I provide? Will they share my information with anyone?

May I sign a friend up for My Reader Rewards Club?

You may invite a friend to sign up, but they will need to officially opt in to My Reader Rewards Club. If you invite a friend to join the program, don’t forget to send them your special code, accessible in the Earn Points section. Every friend who uses your code to sign up will receive 25 points and you will receive 10 points.

What can I do if I have trouble signing in?

Check to make sure you’ve entered the correct password. You may log in by clicking HERE or retrieve your password by clicking HERE. If this doesn’t work, please contact us, and we’ll help you resolve the problem.

May I use my points to redeem any Tyndale or NavPress product?

You may use your points to redeem the products that appear on the Reader Rewards site.

Do I have to purchase anything in order to redeem my points?

No, there is no purchase necessary to redeem your points. Once you’ve earned enough points for the product you want, just click the “Redeem” button.

Will my points ever expire?

Your points will never expire. You may save your points for a product with greater retail value, but there is no guarantee that the product will be available once you have earned enough points. Once the product inventory has been depleted, it will be removed from the site.

Are points transferable to other members?

No, points are not transferable to other members.

As a previous Reader Rewards member, can I keep my username and password?

Your username will stay the same but your password will need to change. Update it HERE.
